Re: F9F-2P Panther "Look"

I see that this one includes the revised hinge as well as the deletion of the "hooks" on the tip tanks as seen in the pre-pro pictures. As was said earlier, looks pretty but I'm holding out for the next release: the gray one.

Re: F9F-2P Panther "Look"

If it was 1/72 this would be the one I would get, but being 1/48 I will pass. Bad enough I have a few prop 1/48's not going to start with the tail burners.

Yea, I'd love one in 1/72 from VF-61 Jolly Roger's. It's not the same size as all my other Jolly Roger aircraft.

Re: F9F-2P Panther "Look"

Does anyone find the wing fold/join... uh... distracting?

Re: F9F-2P Panther "Look"

Yea, I'd love one in 1/72 from VF-61 Jolly Rogers.

Now you're talkin'!

This latest Panther looks mighty fine, but at 1:48 it's just too big to land at Folgore International Airfield. (Hey, FIA has only just recently been certified for 1:72 jets!)

Nrrrm! Whoosh! Rat-tat-tat!

Re: F9F-2P Panther "Look"

After looking at the picture I ordered one. Now I will have one to face off with my FM North Korean MIg 15.
