Finally a Val!

This was from the Motor Pool News...

"In other news, the manufacturer (Hobby Master) has confirmed their intent to model four different versions of the Bristol Beaufighter, although its not clear in what order they will be presented. A MiG 15, F-105 Thunderchief, and Aichi Val are also on the slate, although information is still sketchy regarding these keenly requested 1:72 scale models"

1/72 is the MASTER scale!

Re: Finally a Val!

And this is only the beginning! They plan to do about 10 new molds per year. Be still, my beating heart.

Re: Finally a Val!

I had heard from a reliable source that the Val was an upcoming piece after the Kate was released and did so well.

Re: Finally a Val!

The Navy planes from various airforces are selling well. Vindicator and Devastator after the Val and Helldiver?

William, please do a Pearl Harbor version of the Val painted overall "semi-gloss light olive gray". They were never painted the traditional "flat light gray". The color should be a close match to FS 24201 but lightened up for the scale effect. (Sorry for sounding like a broken record, guys! I can't stop myself!)
