Re: Who has the Blue Angels A-4?

I tell you what, if it wasn't for those two rather large gaps, I would probably purchase the Corgi one and send the HM one back. The paint is much more accurate looking colorwise. Sadly, I think we can expect the same paint quality for the F-4. I really hope I'm wrong.

I like how Corgi has made the No. 3 jet, but the incorrect refueling probe, the gaps and the missing yellow stripe just below the canopy. What happened to it???

yeah I noticed these things after the fact. If we could just combine HM's mold with Corgi's paint color/quality, all would be great.

Thumbs down Re: Who has the Blue Angels A-4?

After i have now this model., i want to say: IT IS STUPID DONE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Its paint is very thick, i can't put gear doors in its holes because that, and the overal finish is very ugly... Bad work Hobby Master, it is a shame that this is limited edition......

Go to the customize/ repair section of this forum and look for my A-4 + future thread. It's worth looking at, I felt almost the same as you do before I tried this.

edit: I'll just link you to it
