HM F-105 Thunderchief!!!

Hello.

On Sunday, i spent a while talking to William Liu, at the Waddington Airshow. He did mention that the F-105 is a future project, (after the F-100, i think). As a footnote i was holding the pre-pro F-100's , as Mr. Liu pointed out the differences in the C and D variants. They'll be worth the wait.

Just thought i'd let you chaps know!!

Re: HM F-105 Thunderchief!!!

Thanks for the heads up Jay and welcome to the forum!
I can wait a little for the F-105 as I am still playing catch up with a significant number of diecast aircraft on my wants list.

Re: HM F-105 Thunderchief!!!

I would love to have an F-105. And hopefully, by the time they come out, the prices on some other planes, such as the F-100, will have dropped. Or better yet, someone here decided to sell theirs at a low price so they can now buy the F-105. ( HINT, HINT, Subliminal Message here )

Thumbs up Re: HM F-105 Thunderchief!!!

This is great news. I picked the right time to start collecting fast movers from the Vietnam War!

The "Thud" has got to be one of the definitive fighter/bombers of that conflict.
