Re: The next Hobby Master MiG

My vote is for the big bad Mig 25, they would sell tons of them.

I'm not really into modern jets or jets in general, but the Foxbat is one of my favorites............I would actually break down and buy a modern jet if one of these came out.

Thumbs up Re: The next Hobby Master MiG

I hope they start with the MiG 15 and work their way up.

I'd buy at least one each of the MiG 15, MiG 17, MiG 19, MiG 21 (I know, I know, already released), MiG 23, MiG 25, MiG 29, MiG 31 etc.

Just stagger the new releases a bit so my pocket-book doesn't get mortally wounded (with the credit cards locked away by the missus!).

Re: The next Hobby Master MiG

I voted for the Mig-17. I only collect Canadian and Vietnam era items. Canada didn't have the Mig-17 and once my Phantoms and Scooters arrive on station I'll need something to shoot at!

Re: The next Hobby Master MiG

Frankly, the more MiGs the better...bring them on! But I'm more into 4th generation fighters. So for me, it was a toss up between the Fulcrum and the Foxhound. Tough call, but I voted for the MiG-29 in the end.

I voted for the Mig 25. That bird would look great in 1/72!

Post Re: The next Hobby Master MiG

I voted for the MiG-17 as the most likely choice after the MiG-15. Like I said before, it is the obvious choice and will compliment the IAF A-4 and the Vietnam War of the USAF and Navy Phantoms. I would definitely like to see the MiG-23/27 variants as well if HM continues to produce more Soviet jet fighters down the road.

Check this out. This a unique MiG-23 in Israeli markings!

Re: The next Hobby Master MiG

Considering Liu's refference to the MiG-15 already as a model "project", I'd make the thread without it, but the list would be incomplete..

I said before ther I'd love to see a VPAF MiG-17. However, after that Foxbat "art" here at the website almost changed my mind! Massive!

And now, just a picture for the poll:

Every plane in that line up would look pretty neat, even the one at the verys start. Thanks for posting the picture.

Brewster Buffalo, Hawk 75A, Fokker D.XXI, Polikarpov I-16, Fiat G.50, Macchi C. 200, PZL P.11c, Fieseler Fi 156 Storch ,,,, now those are real planes.
