Re: Future F-4 liveries

I'd like to see Sundowners, Jolly Rogers and a Evaluators (Vandy) to display with my CW 'Cats.

I've spent my money on strippers, diecast airplanes and camera gear. The rest, I've wasted.

Re: Future F-4 liveries

I'd like to see this one too!

errr, ok... well, I think You all know my point of view by now... I would not really prefer special or anniversary schemes, even on German aircraft. But I have to admit that this one is one of the "better ones". If it really has to be a special paint scheme, who else would most agree to the JG 73 special scheme from 2001 (view below)?

Re: Future F-4 liveries

here's one i thought would look rather nice new jersey ang F-4E in euro 1 camo.
have some pics of the grey scheme too but cant find any in SEA wraparound with the tigers head.

Thats a mean looking Phantom! Euro 1 camo looks great! This would be a good release!

Re: Future F-4 liveries

I agree with KB466---a USAF Vietnam F-4E shark-mouth would be a "must buy" for me.

While all these suggested F-4E schemes look great, I still go back to my preferred scheme for an F-4E-- a Vietnam-era USAF F-4E with shark-mouth in SEA camouflage. Attached is a picture of an example in this scheme. As far as I am concerned, this is the time and place where the Phantom made its reputation. While other schemes and nationalities will be welcome, please do this one!

The Jolly Rogers release (HA1905) is due out next month

Take it out and play with it

An Aegean Ghost or SRA will be great.

Re: Future F-4 liveries

I was just thinking that we need a USMC F-4 kicking around. The only famous Vietnam one I can think of was from the Shamrocks (VMFA-333 I think?) since it was the only USMC kill during the war(I'm not counting the two others as they were in USAF birds out of Thailand). There are a lot of good schemes out there and I know someone wanted the VMFA-235 Death Angels. I found a decent website with a few other colourful schemes for the F-4 Devil Dogs here: Airplane Pictures: CLOUD 9 PHOTOGRAPHY Subcategory F4USMC - F-4 U.S. Marine Corps Page 1

Yeah, I'd like a Death Angels F-4... but I'd be happy with a VFMA-232 Red Devils Phantom too!

Nrrrm! Whoosh! Rat-tat-tat!

Any support for VMF-451 F-4J Phantom II?

We NEED to have this VMF-451 bird!
