Let's give William some credit...

At a time that Corgi, Gemini Aces and Dragon are pulling back from the military diecast market, we see Hobby Master coming out with several new issues and selling out of them when they hit the market or even before-- witness the second not-yet-released Kate which has already sold out at the Flying Mule. I think that William and the rest of the folks at Hobby Master deserve a lot of credit. They have turned out a quality product, but most importantly, William regularly posts on this site, consults with our "experts", listens to our suggestions, and makes changes based on our suggestions. This is a demonstration of what good customer relations should be, and happily, it looks like it is paying off for Hobby Master... not to mention some very happy collectors. I know it is probably not the easiest thing for William to come on here and preview some upcoming product and then listen to all sorts of nit-picking, criticism and even griping at times. But he takes that criticism and, when he can, makes the necessary changes. I have to give him credit; he has clearly made Hobby Master the leader in the industry and the recent sales show that Hobby Master has developed a very loyal customer base. We really owe William a great deal of gratitude!

Here, here, kb466. Well said. William does deserves a huge pat on the back. I’m so jazzed about Hobby Master models, I can’t say enough about them. Honest to Pete, it takes a shrewd, intelligent person to wade into a crocodile-infested forum like this, listen to its members, and then produce world-class models they want and deserve.

I purchased Hobby Master’s three Bf-110s two weeks ago, and all I can say is “incredible.” Really, these models are absolutely masterful; I recommend them to Luftwaffe lovers everywhere. Oh, baby ... I can’t wait ‘til the next two arrive. Yowsers!

It is never too late to be what you might have been.

Fair play to William he has been doing stirling work on our behalf over the past months & the number of planes suggested to be modelled by HM on here & on the DAF will probably see him into retirement

I have all the HM Bf110s issued so far & intend to collect each issue, they are excellent inspite of minor errors on the early issues....bring on the Shark Mouth version

Re: Let's give William some credit...

Maybe the input from you guys helps make HM the premier maker of the moment. Well William and HM do seem to listen and be willing to take advice.
Corgi have always been good at that, why you just cannot move around the forum because of all the posts from Corgi.

God Bless America.

A Model Hangar 'Hats Off' award to William is well merited IMHO.
