| Re: Your wishes for future Hobbymaster airplanes in 1/48 scale This is what my 1/48th scale wish list would look like. 1. Brewster Buffalo F2A-1/Model 239 in Finnish paint scheme. Hans Wind (39 Buffalo victories) and Ilmari Juutilainen's (#4 Buffalo victories) aircraft are a couple that I would like to seen done. 2. Polikarpov I-16 3. Macchi C.200 (Probably easier to go from a C.200 to a C.202 than the other way around). | |||||||||||||
| Brewster Buffalo, Hawk 75A, Fokker D.XXI, Polikarpov I-16, Fiat G.50, Macchi C. 200, PZL P.11c, Fieseler Fi 156 Storch ,,,, now those are real planes. | ||||||||||||||

| Re: Your wishes for future Hobbymaster airplanes in 1/48 scale In my opinion HM could make healthy profit on Finnish Buffaloes, on my business trips I regularly visit Finland and fellows aviation enthusiasts are very keen about Buffalo in Finnish colours with Fokker D.XXI coming close second. | |||||||||||||

| Re: Your wishes for future Hobbymaster airplanes in 1/48 scale My sincerest wish for future HM diecast airplanes in 1:48 scale is better detail, better detail, and better detail. And no exposed screw-heads please. Subject matter is only a secondary wish as subject may become irrelevant if the model has only mediocre detail and disappointing features such as exposed screw-heads, toy-like wing fold hinges, and plugged up air intakes. | |||||||||||||

| Re: Your wishes for future Hobbymaster airplanes in 1/48 scale I think that it is unrealistic to ask for twin engined or larger planes at this point, and rehashing those that have been done by many others---such as the P-40, P-51B, etc. doesn't seem too wise from a marketing standpoint. Which leaves me with popular, but fairly small aircraft that would sell well ---providing there are enough liveries to allow for at least six renditions. Hmmm. | |||||||||||||
