F9F third livery preview

Hi Guys,

I am posting some previews of the contraversial model F9F (3rd livery). Pilot figure will be included.

We have made adjustements on the folding wings (we did it also for the second livery) to make it less "toy like" as commented by some collectors.

Personally, I do not totally agree on the original design (1st one) but the selling of it is still very good (if the design is better we can probably sell more).

The F9F is a very powerful looking model in 1/48 (fuel tanks not attached yet).

Re: F9F third livery preview

This is a great looking model and commendable that the folks at HM did some mods on the wing folding mechanism. Just another case of Hobby Master acting upon customer requests.

Brewster Buffalo, Hawk 75A, Fokker D.XXI, Polikarpov I-16, Fiat G.50, Macchi C. 200, PZL P.11c, Fieseler Fi 156 Storch ,,,, now those are real planes.

Looks really good! The livery looks great and fixing the wing fold mechanism really shows HM's dedication to getting it right for it's customer base.

Re: F9F third livery preview

I agree with all of the kudos posted on this thread, William. It's great to see how well your company responds to its customer base---or, at least, part of it.

I have refrained from buying the F9F, first, because of its scale and second, because of problems with the folding wings. Now, I may reconsider. Thanks.
