Can anyone confirm for me firstly: Is the scale of the HM Bell Huey correct, as it seems a lot smaller than Corgi's? Secondly,The A10 i purchased recently is a lot higher than all my other 1/72 models..(yes, the landing gear is in correctly!). I'm querying this as i'm not sure whether the A10 is a much higher plane than others in real life?Any "chopper gurus" and Warthog experts out there?

The Corgi Huey's are 1:48 scale or close to it..HM Huey's are 1:72 scale so they wouldn't be the same size anyway.
HM's Huey would be smaller.

If you go with a length of 57 ft 1 in with rotors and a height of 14ft 5in, looking at 9.51in fuselage and height of 2.4 in for ballpark 1/72nd scale. Hope this helps.

I think the height question related to the A10 CC.

Why not figure it all out yourself, find the full size dimensions on the internet and do some simple maths:

1/72 is (obviously) 1" to 72" so 1" on the model = 6 ' on the real aircraft - as long as you realise some models are different scales, so they are different sizes.

Uhh.....I do know the different model scales mate!! I'm not dumb! I asked this because i bought the Corgi Vietnam UH-1 years ago and because i'm not able to display it yet, it's still in my boxes somewhere,so i was'nt sure whether it was 1/72 or 1/48. But Starman confirmed that for me! As for the A10 question,yes,it is regarding the Warthog (Tank Buster) as it stands much taller than my other models!
