Looks excellent to me, the actual aircraft didn't really have much stenciling on it, largely because stencilling on polished metal doesn't last that long.

Don't get me wrong - I think they're cool too!

Perhaps the Vicon Reconnaissance Pod will have some stenciling on it as well?

There is a panel on the intakes(both sides) just aft of the red panels that appears to have a lot of stencils on it. Looks like an inspection panel.
with a white border on every CF104 picture I have.

Japanese F104 looks to have a little more chrome coat on it ?
Maybe it's the lighting on the picture.

Just the lighting I think. Depends on the exposure.

First picture is the original, second has the color boosted.

This one will be my 15th one after the NASA one shows up. I also look forward to many more 104's to come, even though they may be few and far between.
