Late evening Cold War Trainers bean count. Currently we have 13 votes spread over 6 different aircraft.(T-38 Talon has a 3 vote lead.)

My first choice is the T-38 Talon - lots of scheme can be made: T-Bird, Red Flag Aggressor, Beale AF "black birds", NASA chase planes, and of course the famous white paintjob that
produced numerous Air Force fighter pilots!


Late to the game but the Talon is my choice too!

Hey trex, did your uncle fly combat missions in an F-5 for the South Vietnamese AF during the Vietnam War? Does he know Nguyen Kao Ki too? Just curious....

Late to the game but the Talon is my choice too!
