Your #1 pick for single engine Cold War fighter

Time for another Poll! A while back we did one covering WWII aircraft, so how about one for the Cold War aircraft? Putting it in the HM section, because,,, well it seems like we have been getting some good results here with are suggestions. So here we go again! (Yep will do other categories too.)

So far threads have been rack and stack lists of what member's favorite type diecast aircraft in various scales might be. It made me wonder what it would look like it you where limited to one plane and one plane only as a choice. Choice guidelines are based on the following:
1. Any single engine Cold War fighter, current models may not be correct variant, scale or possible quality issue with current models available.
2. Since looking for diecast picks, try to stick with scales 1/72nd, 1/48th and 1/32nd.
3. Yep, one plane and one plane only, no lists.

My number one pick would be the Mig 15 (Mig 19 oops) in 1/72th scale. This is one that has a seen action and has broad variety of paint schemes . Ok so what would your choice be?

Brewster Buffalo, Hawk 75A, Fokker D.XXI, Polikarpov I-16, Fiat G.50, Macchi C. 200, PZL P.11c, Fieseler Fi 156 Storch ,,,, now those are real planes.

I'm going to go with a single engine jet that has not been done in diecast (at least not since the Bachmann-Lintoy days)- the Saab 35 Draken, in 1/72nd scale.

Would be the the Mirage F-1. So many paint schemes and very successful in the international aircraft market. Of course in 1/72 scale.

Upon further reflection, I'm going to change mine to the F4D Skyray.

That my friend is a brilliant suggestion! Say lads, where's the poll so we can tick the boxes. I'd suggest a multi-choice poll to get a good idea of what folks like. Maybe the choice could be limited to three. Don't forget there's plenty of non US jets to choose from too.
