Re: Next 1/48 from Hobbymaster?

I would love to see a Corsair with real "Marine's Dream" markings on it.

I can take umbrage, I can take the cake, I can take the A-Train, I can take two and call me in the morning, but I cannot take this sitting down. Now, if you'll excuse me, I'm going to take five.

Re: Next 1/48 from Hobbymaster?

My opinion is that these are all very good picks being that HM is listening to the collector and dishing out some very high quality
diecast and not making the errors that other companies are making. Yes, we know not everyone is perfect but right now HM and
CW are pretty close, I believe same owner, right. Any way just my .02 worth

HM owns the factory where CW are produced Mo, but I think that's as far as the connection goes.

Re: Next 1/48 from Hobbymaster?

Lots of people sure like the Russian fighters on here...
I only have 1 and it's a Yak-9 Soviet Air Force "White 17" of Ivan Stepanenko in 1:72.

JP

Yes, we do!! I agree; a Yak-9 is very important because of the many roles that it performed and all of them quite well!! A La-5FN or a La-7 would be important as well. These Soviet aircraft that I mentioned here could fly rings around Bf-109's and Fw-190's and they have been neglected for quite some time now.

Oh, and Soviet bombers are just as nice!! (IL-4, Pe-2, SB-2, etc).

Looking forward to annoying the 'former' Florida Diecast Forum members!!

Admin, it's good to see you posting again - we were getting worried that you were 'lost' to diecast collecting ...

Re: Next 1/48 from Hobbymaster?

It's not a choice but a good P-51D would also be good to see.

Re: Next 1/48 from Hobbymaster?

Not my first choice, but sure hope this one gets done sometime soon.

Brewster Buffalo, Hawk 75A, Fokker D.XXI, Polikarpov I-16, Fiat G.50, Macchi C. 200, PZL P.11c, Fieseler Fi 156 Storch ,,,, now those are real planes.
