German Mig

The German MiG 21 just arrived and I had to drop work for a few minutes to "play" ... This is my first HM jet and while it does have some fit issues, it's kind of a pain to put together in the gear-down config, my initial impressions are that, like dragon, it's worth the effort :-) Looks good when it's assembled and it's quite an eye opener to sit it next to an Su-27 for size comparisons And I do like the optional open/closed canopy and weapons stores (four missiles or two missiles and outboard external fuel tanks).

Nice paint job, cool scheme, few complaints other than the panel lines do seem a bit too heavy to me still -- I do like the "wash" effect though, makes it look like it actually flew a few missions

More (read pics) later....

Back to work I go!

Re: German Mig

Thanks for the heads up PappyB! I'll check out the Mule to see for pics, unless of course you already have some!

I'm looking forward to your pics and thanks, Pappy B! I went ahead and pre-ordered this bad boy @ TFM.
