I would like to see a diorama with some Marsden Matting on it, go for the forward airfield look in the Pacific.
 

Brewster Buffalo, Hawk 75A, Fokker D.XXI, Polikarpov I-16, Fiat G.50, Macchi C. 200, PZL P.11c, Fieseler Fi 156 Storch ,,,, now those are real planes.

The Modern US pilots fit into the A-10, A-4, F-104 and even Mirage 2000.

Hi,

The Modern US pilots fit into the A-10, A-4, F-104 and even Mirage 2000.

Great fit on th figs. Looking forward to getting some of the WWII pilot figs.

US Pilots for WWII.

F6F -- pilot : good
TBM -- pilot : good ; radio man : lose his legs
T-6 -- both pilots : good
SBD -- pilot : good ; gunner : legs and arms lost (severe war injuries but still looks good inside the cockpit)

Looks pretty good in the photos.
