I dunno, I'm a "maybe" as I have it from FM in 1:48, which I don't think I'd want to part with.

Re: Would you get a Robin Olds Scat XVIII Phantom ?

I voted no, but it has nothing to do with the model. I don't collect jets and I'm not at all interested in starting. HM's F-4 is truly a beautiful plane, but I'm one of those collectors who is slowly being squeezed out of the hobby through a combination of rising costs, dwindling space and subjects that really don't reflect my interests and wants. But for those who want this plane, I'm rooting for ya!

No thats not a normal run, its more like the Princess Elizabeth of HM. Tiger Meet birds are overrated IMHO.

I voted NO, but only for the fact that I will probably buy both Ritchie and Cunninghams F4's and I don't need 3...

True, I agree with you Shawn, I saw somewhere a Hobby Master Thunder Bird. But I will take an Olds when and if they do it.

Re: Would you get a Robin Olds Scat XVIII Phantom ?

Olds would be great, but since the first two are USAF & Navy birds, I'd like to see a Marine Corps Phantom also (just to round out the collection!).

Re: Would you get a Robin Olds Scat XVIII Phantom ?

An "Olds" phantom would be a fantastic choice for HM!!! My first child was born on the 4th, so I am going to have to seriously limit my diecast purchases. I have the Cunningham/Driscoll machine on pre-order and was planning to limit myself to that single HM F-4. A Robin Olds bird would definitely have me owning two HM Phantoms.
