Thumbs up American F-4's for HM to think about !!!

Very nice. My favorite would be a VF-161 "Chargers" Phantom. Damn that red and black lightning bolt running down the side of the plane looks real good...

Re: W e'll need this Phantom too

I would love to replace my Armour 1-48 Olds F-4 with one from Hobby Master.

If HM needs ideas for forthcoming F-4J’s I would love to see this VF-114 ‘Aardvarks’ Phantom. Not only would it look great along side of CW’s ‘Sidewinders’ A-7 it is a MiG killer to boot.

That looks cool -- I'd go for that... and a Screaming Eagle, so I don't have to hunt down the Armour version and pay through the nose!

Re: W e'll need this Phantom too

I am posting scans of A-1, A-4, A-6, A-7, F-4, & F-8 profiles from the Squadron/Signal publication “USN Aircraft carrier air units Vol.3 1964-73” in threads relating to manufactures who are releasing these planes.

Not all profiles shown represent paint schemes which are appropriate for the molds which are being released.

If anyone wants me to post a close up of a particular profile or nose & tail set let me know.

Re: W e'll need this Phantom too

Well I was hoping we could make this a petition for the Robin Olds Phantom, but I guess it could be used for a wish list. Not that we haven't done that one already. LOL

Hey Shawn, sorry about contributing to the unintentional hijacking of your post, I would defiantly be first in line for one of these.
