Re: W e'll need this Phantom too

I would love to replace my Armour 1-48 Olds F-4 with one from Hobby Master.

If HM needs ideas for forthcoming F-4J’s I would love to see this VF-114 ‘Aardvarks’ Phantom. Not only would it look great along side of CW’s ‘Sidewinders’ A-7 it is a MiG killer to boot.

RD, you got my vote. That Phantom is a keeper.

I like the "Death Angel" myself (one with red cowling and white stars?).

For me...all of the U.S. services that flew the Phantom must be represented. So a USMC version is essential. Nice photos Phantom Phan!

Corgi has one of this F-4, but I'd like another one in HM's cast...

Re: W e'll need these Phantom too

I would love to see that Mig-killing Sundowners Phantom. But it is an F-4B, and to make an F-4B/N, there would have to be changes made to the molds, such as the wings and stabilators, among other things. I am hoping that they make the changes to do an accurate F-4B/N.

However, don't forget the earlier rumors and speculation that the Phantom variants might be split up among the manufacturers and that Century might also put out some Phantoms-- Maybe they might do the F-4B/N line. After all, the F-4B/N is a USN/USMC variant. It all makes sense when one realizes that CW and HM use the same Chinese factory and that the owner of CW and the owner of HM are reported to be friends.

Great set of photo's.

My two cents - a low-vis grey Wild Weasel would be awfully hard to resist.

Same can be said for the triple green cammo Wild Weasels. Both need to be done.
