Beautiful picture, Glen! Methinks you are a bit excited for this release.

Re: F3F "Pussycat"

I pretty much had given up on 1/48 but I am definitely going to be buying 1 - 2 of these. Now I need another display case...

Smile Re: F3F "Pussycat"

I finally broke down and last week ordered the HA7006 F2A Lexington Buffalo and it just came in. If the F3F is half as nice, it will be look fantastic on the display shelf next to the Singapore and Lexington Buffalo models. The pre-war US Navy color schemes are really striking. And there is more than enough detail, for the price to satisfy my model craving on these.

Between Hobby Masters prewar Buffalos and F3Fs, could end up with a pretty impressive looking prewar navy collection. I have the three prewar Buffalos and they look great. I have a feeling that the F3Fs are going to be pretty impressive looking models.

Brewster Buffalo, Hawk 75A, Fokker D.XXI, Polikarpov I-16, Fiat G.50, Macchi C. 200, PZL P.11c, Fieseler Fi 156 Storch ,,,, now those are real planes.

Re: F3F "Pussycat"

William (or whomever would know), am I to assume that the color scheme shown in your pics is what is being used?
