Talking Helldiver 1/72 scale in the works

The Hobby Master Collector site Future Releases section post has a 1/72 scale Helldiver as coming up this year. Hurray! Now if they do a Vindicator the US Navy WW II aircraft carrier types will be well represented.

Helldive is nice. Vindicator would be awesome. I'm not holding my breath though....

Except for the Devastator.

And I assume they mean the SB2C Helldiver and not the F8C Helldiver or the SBC Helldiver.

I'm sure the fact that the SB2C was operated by 8 different countries and 11 different services didn't hurt. Lots of livery options available.

How about the F7F Tigercat, F8F Bearcat, TBY Seawolf, SB2A Buccaneer

I don't care what anybody says, I/72 is the perfect scale!

Please give us closed cockpits and 1/48 size and I'll buy up to four.

What I;d really like to see is an open and/or shut rear canopy option with the machine guns as add-ons----------and, of course, a crew. And please leave the flaps closed. Thanks, Hobby Master.

From the site...

Hobby Master has announced it will make a 1/72 scale Helldiver and Beaufighter

I had not heard that a Beaufighter was in the works...
