Re: First HM "Kate" prepro pictures

Good looking model, already have a pre order on this one. I wonder when the pre production photos will end up on he Hobby Master Collecter page, just a whole lot nicer having photos of their models all together in one place. (That if this thread had not been posted, probably would not have noticed it for awhile)

I like the paint scheme on that one.....Looks like they did a good job with it.

Cruised over to look at them. I'm sure they will be up at Hawkone's site eventually. Model looks promising. I'll be interested to see what the Japanese aircraft experts have to say about it. If it is reasonably correct I'll be buying several.

Now where's the Val?

Re: First HM "Kate" prepro pictures

Does anyone know what the little frame or bracket on top of the cowling is for?

(I did a little digging, it is the pilots torpedo site)

Re: First HM "Kate" prepro pictures

These pictures look pretty good to me. I'm especially pleased to see a pilot figure. I hope that the rest of the crew is coming also.

I agree, full crew would be the way to go.

On taking a second look, it seems that the rest of the crew is present after all. They are positioned rather lower than the pilot ------perhaps praying for success on their mission?

You have good eyes, I think I can barely make out one of the figures in the back. Maybe when the are posted on the Hobby Master Collecters page we might get some better photos.
