Well, my "fix" didn't work and I'm not going to mess much more with it... may try something else, we shall see.

In the meantime I dropped an email to the U.S. distributor -- Historic Sales -- and here's the response I got (quite quickly I might add).

Hello Steve,

A replacement prop is being prepared by the manufacturer. The replacements will be sent to the dealers. Please contact the dealer from whom you purchased the model and they will send the replacement when it becomes available. We expect replacements in the near future.

So apparently a fix is coming so we just have to wait a bit....

Hobby Master has shipped out new propellers for the 1/32 HA0200 SBD and they should be available in a couple of weeks through the retailer that sold you your model. Contact him and ask him to send you the corrected propeller when they are available. Hobby Master apologizes for any inconvenience this has caused.
