Atlantic paint scheme Avenger

Here is a link to a model that I've been trying the BuNo for. Grumman TBM-1C Avenger by Caz Dalton (Hasegawa 1/72)
The pictures of the tail aren't good enough to make them out. So if you have made the Hasegawa kit 51333 Avenger then maybe you can look at the decals and tell me what the numbers are. Thanks in advance

The builder did not use the kit decals he used decals by Superscale. Try a search here:

Come on guys we need to get behind this Atlantic Avenger. Hopefully HM will do it for us. I'd buy several just cuz I want it bad enough.

Re: Atlantic paint scheme Avenger

A good reference source for the Avenger is Wings of Fame Vol. 13.

That would be an aircraft paint scheme that I would like to see on an Avenger.

It would be nice display having an Atlantic scheme Dauntless and Avenger sitting next to each other.

Re: Atlantic paint scheme Avenger

And don't forget the Atlantic Wildcat. And maybe, the non historically correct F6F. LOL All of these would look great together. I hope HM doesn't blow it by not doing it. It is a must for this airframe.

Yep, Wildcat would be another great choice.

Brewster Buffalo, Hawk 75A, Fokker D.XXI, Polikarpov I-16, Fiat G.50, Macchi C. 200, PZL P.11c, Fieseler Fi 156 Storch ,,,, now those are real planes.
