Re: Pre-Pro Pictures Of HM's Third BF-109G

Thread title got me excited, but it did not last long. It's only the 110's.

Sorry about that. I must have the BF-109G on my mind.

Nothing wrong with that, but how did it end up in the Ground Vehicle Model section?

Now that I did not notice. Ed must be having a bad day.
I like my IXO 110. Can HM match or surpass it?

I have the first HM Bf 110 and quality wise, the HM model is better. I do like the IXO 110 and think it looks great parked next to the HM model. Currently I have the next two HM 110s on pre order (Should have second one next week), and I will be picking up the Corgi 110 when it comes out too. Hoping to have 5 Bf 110s before the year is over (Come on Corgi, need to speed up a bit).

Re: Pre-Pro Pictures Of HM's Third BF-109G

Kind of wish they would loose the rockets on the night fighters, but that is for the most part minor.

Cruver, I don't have any 110's yet so forgive if this is a dumb question, but the the rockets are not permanently attached are they? If you don't like them you can leave them off.

Anything for a weird life.

You are correct in that they are not permanently attached, and I plan on leaving them off of the two night fighters.

Here are a couple of not-so-great pictures of the IXO and the second HM 110 side by side:

Re: Pre-Pro Pictures Of HM's Third BF-109G

I sure hope that HM corrected the direction of the aileron balances on the next 110 issue. Does or has anyone removed them and reattached them? How do you take them off without breaking them, any idea?

The pieces are on to stay. I tried to work on off, but it looked like it might break, so left as is.
