Re: HA1802 Bf-110G-4, G-9+WD

There were G2s used as fighter/bombers both in Russia and Italy. I'd like to see a G2 with bomb racks.

Yep a fighter bomber with some actual bomb racks would make for a good model. I would also like to see a day fighter with the 37mm cannon mounted a gondola.

Re: HA1802 Bf-110G-4, G-9+WD

I picked this bird up today and it is a great plane!!! I like the mottled scheme of the nightfighter and HM did a fine job recreating it.. I left the rockets off mine though since the 110 wouldn't have carried them during night sorties..

Saw this one tonight. it had major issues with the fit of the canopy. How is yours?

I examined mine pretty thoroughly and I really can't find anything wrong with it.. As a matter of fact, all of my latest HM purchases have been top notch..

Cool, this one was so bad I asked the store people if it came loose and they had not fitted it properly.
Glad yours is fine.

I received mine last week and canopy fit was great, no gaps at all.

Talking Re: HA1802 Bf-110G-4, G-9+WD

Got this a few weeks ago but only got it out of the box yesterday. Upon unpacking I worked on fixing the following: slightly off-horizontal tailplane, slightly crooked rear guns, slightly skewed radar antennas, tangential pitot tube and the reversed balance horns. Once all done it's an excellent model. Here's a pic:

How did you pry off the aileron balances, ones on mine are on pretty solid?
