Glad they seem to have gotten it so right Thanks for posting the excellent pictures, ac4313!

Those pictures led me to pre-order through Flying Mule. Hopefully it ships sometime next week.

Does anyone make after-market 1/72 scale photo etch radars for this plane? Might be a great upgrade for those who are not pleased with the thickness of the stock radars.

If I remember right, Eduard did a set quite a few years back in both 1/72nd and 1/48th scale. I have the 1/48th scale set, but sure wish I had picked up the 1/72nd scale version too. I did some searching around for some photo etch radar sets awhile back and came up dry.

Yeah; Ironic that......I ALSO bought a set of these for my (various) 1/48th DML/Dragon Ju.88.G.6's

1/72 never even entered my mind, as 1/48th was "all the rage"....... so to speak.

Yep, I remember when the DML/Dragon kits were just coming out. They sure did a nice variety of Ju 88s, and I wish I had picked up one of their Mistels.

Re: HA1802 Bf-110G-4, G-9+WD

The final version of HM's second BF-110G looks lots better than the pre-production pics. Mottling is realistic, there's no canopy gap and the radar isn't as oversized as I expected.

The second HM Bf 110G is a good looking model, and I am looking forward to their next night fighter. It will look pretty good to have both these aircraft sitting on the shelf. Figure they will have a fourth in the series, kind of wondering what its paint scheme will be.

Brewster Buffalo, Hawk 75A, Fokker D.XXI, Polikarpov I-16, Fiat G.50, Macchi C. 200, PZL P.11c, Fieseler Fi 156 Storch ,,,, now those are real planes.

Just a quess, but some of these birds had one of their wings in black on the underside while the other, plus the lower fuselage was RLM 76---sort of like the early war motif of the RAF's Spitfires and Hurricanes ( except they used an off-white, rather than blue/gray). Such a scheme might be interesting.

There were G2s used as fighter/bombers both in Russia and Italy. I'd like to see a G2 with bomb racks.
