Hey I thought you were the inventor of the one size fits all universal aeroplane stand?

I remember the prototype piccies you posted of said stand in your back yard.

Very innovative , i thought !

Hey Skunky, what did you do with all the snow the other day when you took that display stand pic?

Now that is impressive!

Re: HM 1/32 SBD almost here??

For the price you pay for it...Sure it should of been better...But it was a easy fix for the prop with me anyway because my pin was a little long and i took it off
and filed it down and you guys seen the results...Honest if that prop was not diecast it wouldn't of droped like that...That little hub spinner is a little heavy too.
To correct these make a plastic prop and hub spinner and sub-contract out with 21st for the pilot figures..
JP

Can you either post or PM me as to exact directions on how to remove the prop from the pin so I can file it down and have the same modification that you had. The model looks great except for the drooping prop.

Re: HM 1/32 SBD almost here??

There was a post on the UK forum from the UK importer about proper assembly of the model. To fix the prop he recommended using wet paper to close the gaps between the prop and the mounting. When the paper dries it expands slightly and fills the gap preventing the droop. However I think if you do that the prop will no longer spin freely.
