Sorry to say I haven't heard anything. I have mentioned it but so far nothing.

Re: Any new display stands coming?

Hawk, if I could recommend one stand for HM to consider, it would be Italeri's 1/72 Apache Longbow stand (yes, it is a diecast!). The attachment to the fuselage allows it to climb/dive and bank.

I'll pass this along. How does it stay it place once you decide on the angle, what locks it there? Is it a ball and socket? A few more pictures if you can please.

Re: Any new display stands coming?

Yeah, I'd say itd be a ball and socket. Got a small plastic one for a small plastic model.

Andrew, the model is diecast metal according to Cavtanker's earlier post.

Yes, it is a ball and socket. I was wondering how to describe it last night when I posted that. It is a diecast. It shows up on your doorstep with tiny pieces to glue on. It cost me about $33.

Re: Any new display stands coming?

Though I'd wonder whether it would become too loose and just flop over if you keep moving it around a lot?

Re: Any new display stands coming?

The ball-socket fit is very snug on the model. I never had any problem with floppage (is that a real word?) because the Apache's weight is proportional.
