Re: Now pictures on Hawk's site... and an F-4J!!

Must say I really don't understand all this hoopla over "why not this version" -- they have to start somewhere right? And seeing as they are doing a phantom it's pretty conceivable that these other variants could follow, no? Patience grasshoppers

If memory serves this is also where FM started with its line of 1:48 Phantoms... and they've since come out with "long-nosers". Can't the J mold be more easily converted to an E than the opposite? Or am I just missing the whole point HM is pumping out models we're asking for pretty quickly, faster than just about anyone else these days at least. So I'm pretty optimistic about the potential of other versions probably sooner than we might think???

Can someone give me Duke's new address?..I wonder if he would be too busy to sign mine for me...

He's got lots of time for signing things. I think the going rate is 2 cartons of smokes per autograph...

I agree too. HM set it up so that they could do both early and late model Skyhawks; I'm thinking that they're doing the same thing with the F-4.

For me, there's no such thing as "not the right phantom" -- they're all cool...

Not me, the 'J' is my favorite version of the Louisville Slugger....I'll be one of the first in line for Showtime 100.....

Is he not the California congressman that recently had to resign because he had been found to be quite corrupt... ?
