Re: I updated my site Dec. 12, 2007

Good afternoon H1V,

I may have missed this announcement, but did the French Navy SBD-5 get postponed or cancelled?

Sorry to take so long to reply but I wanted to confirm what I thought was correct. This model has been postponed until later in 2008. It isn't cancelled.

Hey Hawk, really appreciate the work you are doing on the site! One quick question, and tell me if this isn't the right place to ask it: HA1106 is listed as a F6F-5K drone controller on your future releases list (with a note that it's been delayed until "later this year"), but the same model number is listed by quite a few retailers as being the No.800 Squadron (Fleet Air Arm) Hellcat Mk.I that was originally intended to be released by Corgi as PR99414. Could you clarify the situation with this model or models?

I don't know why the retailers haven't changed this information so I will email Hong Kong and ask them what is happening with the original HA1106 and did the retailers get the change and just haven't got around to updating their sites. What it all boils down to is, I'll get back to you with an answer.

Hi Hawkonevoodoo Just looked at the Tiger Eye Mirage on your site. Looks great! Did Hobby Master fix the nose door problem? Hobby Master will be getting alot of my cash next year. When are you going to let the cat out of the bag for new metal in 2008? Besides the F-4 and UH-1. COME ON CHRISTMAS IS ALMOST HERE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

With Hobby Master making doors available for models that are already on the market I would have to say the last part they would leave off this model would be the doors.
I was hopimg to have a list available last week but apparently there have been a few last minute items that need to be reconsidered so as soon as that is cleared up they will provide me with the list. I'm like you and would like to know what the final list will be. I have it worse than you really, I'm staring at a list that I know is 95% correct and I can't do anything with it. It's driving me Crazy I tell you CRAZZZZZZY!!!!!!!!!!!

Hawk, most therapists will tell you that the best way to deal with these feelings is to get them out in the open...So I KNOW FOR A FACT that you would feel better if you divulged the contents of that list (even if it is only 95% accurate).
Just trying to help...
