Third Airocobra coming out in January.

Just curious if anyone saw the heads up on Airacobra HA1703 AH601 601 "County of London" Sqn., Duxford? Hobby Master Collector Home Page shows an indicated ship time out of Hong Kong at end of January.

That must be a typo - I've only seen two versions so far. Is there a third now? What's it look like? Hawk 001 certainly would have posted photos by now?!

I put in a question regarding the aircraft and received a responce today. HMC folks said they would post pictures soon and it should prove to be a very nice scheme. Sounds pretty solid to me.

Sounds like it. Found this picture in a Squadron in action series for the P-39. (Sorry for sizing on shot.)

I like that scheme but mostly I want a sharkmouth Guadalcanal version.

Slick looking paint scheme, this is one I will definitely be picking up.

Which one CC? This British version or the wish for a Guadalcanal?

Re: Third Airocobra coming out in January.

I would love to see a Sharksmouth P-39, and of course one in Snooks 2nd markings.

I can take umbrage, I can take the cake, I can take the A-Train, I can take two and call me in the morning, but I cannot take this sitting down. Now, if you'll excuse me, I'm going to take five.
