Re: Should I send it back?

Thanks for the input guys. I've got an e-mail into the seller and I'll let you know how it turns out. If I can exchange it I will. Sure hate to send her back though. The A-10 is very impressive and I'm itching to get her loaded up and on my shelf. Patience Grasshopper.....

Re: Should I send it back?

Just got a reply from the retailer of the A-10 and not only will they accept an exchange, they are sending a replacement along with a UPS return shipping label to return the defective A-10. How cool is that? I was only hoping for the ok to exchange the model and expected to send it back on my dime. With service like that you can bet I will be a customer for a long time. Can I mention the name of the retailer without breaking a rule of some kind? Seems like they should get mention- our old friends at The Flying Mule. Most of you are familiar with the Mule, but if not, I highly recommend this company for some if not all of your diecast purchases. Looking forward to taxiing out the A-10.

Glad to hear problem solved. Martin always was a great guy to deal with and it seems he is continuing with great service.

I just love Hobby Master stepping up to the plate. I rank them high with IXO right up there!

Very happy to hear you got it taken care of.
I agree with Harry ....I think Martin goes that extra mile for his customers.
Now i can't wait for the 81st A-10 to come out.

Re: Should I send it back?

Migmauler, the degree of satisfaction you were hoping to achieve owning this model is now void. All advice prior to this 2cents worth is good. Return it.
