Aussie A-4 with Kiwi Roundels

The Aussie prepro shows RNZAF Kiwi Roundels along with the Aussie Kangaroo. Hawkonevoodoo says that HM is aware of the mistake. I'm hoping a Kiwi A-4 is in the near future. I still want a IAF A-4.
BTW What do you get when you cross an elephant and a kangaroo?

Maybe the prepro represents the Aussie Hawks sold to New Zealand?
In answer to your question-is it Rupert Murdoch the Australian Republican?

Funneee. HM have got to get this one right. I remember a similar issue with the Argentinian flag one. I've ordered that one.

Re: Aussie A-4 with Kiwi Roundels

dont worry he's on the case!
think somebody at HM as been looking at photo's of the RAN A-4's when they were sold to the RNZAF some of these were kept in the same scheme with just the roundels changed for awhile before being repainted.

I had an email from the boss at Hobby Master and they are fixing the error immediately. Like you say, maybe it was a Freudian Slip.

Thanks, Hawk - but it's no mistake from the Kiwi perspective! The RNZAF bought 10 Aussie A-4s in the mid-1980s, and I'm sure a lot of people in NZ would snap up an A-4 Kahu in RNZAF colours...especially if HM included Maverick and Sidewinder missiles as attachments

Did this actually take place, two different roundels and the horse head on the tail? If so do you have pictures?
