You should be able to remove the scratches from the canopy by rubbing and buffing it with white toothpaste.

I think it's just a matter of economics, they have to produce a certain number of a type of plane just to recoup their cost and then hopefully make a few dollars. Would anybody know what other liveries could these Spitfires Mk.XIV have ? I am just rying to figure out what releases beyond these two could HM make. I love fighters in dessert colours, but the Mk.XIV arrived far too late for the North Africa campaign, I do not recall ever having seen any pictures of one in dessert camouflage. Anyway :

• Did the RAF ever got to use them in WWII in a theatre of operations that was not the European one ?
• What other air forces used it ? I know belgium did after the war, for a few years, but who else ?
• Bottom line : any ideas / suggestions / wishes for the next HM Mk.XIV release ?

Of course, in WWII the RAF used them in the far east, perhaps even more than in Europe...

Actually, I was expecting one of the two first releases to be an aircraft deployed on that theatre of operation.
