Re: Hobby Master helicopters

Great I hope they do some UH-1H's that were used and still used by the National Guard. It would be cool if they had the Improved particle seperators, Wire strikes and missle warning Antenna's on the nose and tailboom. I work at Ft.Irwin and they still have the OP Fore UH-1H's in a Sand/Carc green camo scheme.

Re: Hobby Master helicopters

I'm happy HobbyMaster is getting into choppers. Hopefully they will do a Sikorsky CH-53 Jolly Greeen Giant. It's the only helicopter I'm Jonesing for. In a nice Vietnam era 3-tone camo.

Re: Hobby Master helicopters

This is some great news! The UH-1 is a great choice to start with being all the paint jobs that could be used. I to hope that there is a mixture of retired paint schemes along with some that are still currently used today including a few SAR birds still active. I would like to see the following as well.....

CH-46 Sea Knight ( lots of paint choices and still an active bird!)

Super Cobra

OH-58 Kiowa Warrior

Re: Hobby Master helicopters

Great choices - especially the Hind and AH-6. I am still hoping to see a CH-47 in OIF livery. My brother was a crewed on them for a tour in 2003-04 and I would love to get one for him and myself.
