Re: Hobby Master Is Starting A 1:32 Line Soon

This is awsome news. I am already looking to see where I am going to put them.

I can take umbrage, I can take the cake, I can take the A-Train, I can take two and call me in the morning, but I cannot take this sitting down. Now, if you'll excuse me, I'm going to take five.

Re: Hobby Master Is Starting A 1:32 Line Soon

As a 1/72 only collector I was unhappy when Hobby Master starting doing 1/48, especially doing planes I'd love to have in 1/72. 1/32 is an even bigger diversion of resources.

But I'm happy for those of you who collect 1/32. Corgi let everyone down and it really stinks to start collecting something that just dies off.

That Fw 190 is truly stunning! That's enough to make me go with the Fw 190 but I would also like to see the D9. Both would be great though. Next would be the Corsair but an F4E would be most welcome anytime too!

Kind of funny that the first aircraft that they are making in 1/32 is an SBD and it has not gotten a single vote yet. Hopefully they bump the detail up more than a few notches on these birds. wait and see I guess, keep your fingers crossed.

The Fw190 gets my vote then a decent 1:32 Hurricane.

Re: Hobby Master Is Starting A 1:32 Line Soon

My only concern is that HobbyMaster may overextend themselves with all the new releases and variety of scales. Unless they've got deep pockets, a strong strategy and excellent distribution they may experience some challenges ahead although I suspect that they're positioning themselves to replace Corgi as the premier diecast company.

I voted for the F4U, but I'll go along with the Fw-190...especially if it is as detailed as those pics Harry posted.

Re: Hobby Master Is Starting A 1:32 Line Soon

Well just by looking at the poll numbers it seems the Fw190 is the one to make....
I too voted the F4U Corsair....2nd pick would of been the Fw190 if it looks like that picture.
I'm sure that picture Harry posted of the Fw190 is going make everyone think that is what it's going to look like.......Who knows maybe it will.

Re: Hobby Master Is Starting A 1:32 Line Soon

Make the Dauntless first (no single engine bombers or Navy planes released by Corgi in 1:32), the 190A's (in say A-1, A-3, A-6 & A-9) second and the Phantom next.
