Slideshow: HM 1:48 JEJ Spitfire

Took a break and ran out during breaks between the rain clouds and took some new pics of the 1:48 Spit (sorry about the thread title goof! Don't think I can edit that?), and slapped together a little slideshow for y'all... a little "humpday" present Just click the link below.

Re: Slideshow: HM 1:32 JJ Spit

Very Cool Pappy!!! I have never seen a review set to music, and big band music at that...

One question, I noticed that the Starboard landing gear looks "splayed" is it really that way or am I just seeing things??
The review was great and I will be getting one of these, but from the looks of it, it will be an "inflight" bird only as I think this Spit probably looks best with the gear up and the canopy closed..

That's a cool looking presentation you put together there, PappyB! Thanks, ACE!

I can't get the download for the slideshow, but the static pics are terrific! Thanks, Pappy.

Hmmmm.. you should just have to click on the link Elmer and the slideshow should play in a new browser window (nothing downloads). I just tested it and it works fine -- what browser are you using?

D'oh -- now I've got to reshoot the parked images! That's what happens when you rush things....

When you pull down the gear you have to twist it slightly to give it the proper cant.. I forgot to do this so the gear looks splayed. I'll do a reshoot of it parked with the gear properly configured

Thanks for pointing that out Harry! (I don't suppose you can edit that 1:32 to a 1:48 for me.. ?)

I still agree with you that it probably looks best "flying"...

Here is the message I am getting when I click on your link:

I am on a work PC and I do not have rights to download software.
