Luke Field AT-6A pics

The Hobby Master Collector website has two new pictures of the upcoming 1942 Luke Field AT-6A Texan release...in the news section. It looks very nice and will be a great addition to my collection.

Re: Luke Field AT-6A pics

Finally as US Army bird, now if they'd only do the yellow SNJ for the Navy I'd be real happy. Looking forward to getting this one and the eventual Navy version.

Re: Luke Field AT-6A pics

That is one fine looking bird they have on there.
I like the bare metal look of the AT-6.

Re: Luke Field AT-6A pics

I was not planning on getting a T-6 (or any trainer planes in general), but I like the look of this baby and the story behind it. With 17,000 pilots trained on T-6s at Luke Field, it's pretty darn representative. And if there's any one trainer plane I would get, this would probably be the one.
