Re: HobbyMaster Brewster Buffalo

Even faster than I expected. Hobby Master will make the F2A3 with considerations for a possible new fuselage mold so they can do a Finnish version. The Finnish version is a "MAYBE".

Fantastic that there is still hope for the Finnish version. I have the Buffalos that are currently out and pre-orders on the two Lexington planes. I am happy to hear that I can look forward to adding a few more Buffalos to my collection. Thank you again for the heads up.

Re: HobbyMaster Brewster Buffalo

I don't know if it has been mentioned on the forum yet, so here goes:

Read Hawk's new reviews for the Lexington F2As. Hobby Master upgraded the props to METAL! Hobby Master listened to our suggestions for detail improvement, and delivered the goods. So... let's see: An added Elmer plug for the screwhead, a metal prop, outstanding paint schemes, limited edition release of 1,000 each, an unbeatable price--unbelievable value for money... well... I ain't waitin'. I just put in my preorder! I suggest you do the same for these ain't gonna' be around long.

Re: HobbyMaster Brewster Buffalo

This is the type of stuff that makes me a huge fan of HM.

I can take umbrage, I can take the cake, I can take the A-Train, I can take two and call me in the morning, but I cannot take this sitting down. Now, if you'll excuse me, I'm going to take five.

Re: HobbyMaster Brewster Buffalo

I got a Buff for Christmas (its all Cardinals fault, he got me into 1/48s) and it lives up to expectations.
HM did a great job on this.

No word yet but I think you will be pleased. Hobby Master ran into to some unforseen problem and the release list is held up indefinitely. However they have already given me the list for January and February that I have posted on my site and the releases for March coming any day now so this will pretty much take care of the first quarter. What will be on the March list, we will have to wait and see. I can tell you that what I have had a glimpse at, 2008 is going to be a very good year for 1/48 scale.

I hope it is a good year for 1/72 scale as well. There was talk of a 1/48 A-20-- I would love to see that one in 1/72 scale.

Re: HobbyMaster Brewster Buffalo

I know I keep asking this question, but is there a chance that there might be some new information about future Brewster Buffalo releases?
