Re: The real last Skyhawk

Please don't rely on the photos, on skyhawk.org, to determine the acuracy of the colors. Their pic, of the "as delivered" bird, looks quite discolored (look at how the light blue sky darkerns towards the top of the photo). HM did a great job on these and I highly recommend them to all Skyhawk fans.

Talking Re: The real last Skyhawk

I swore the same thing before, but now I just finished ordering that Skyhawk at the House of Hobbies website and ordered one.... GO FIGURE!
BTW, I have a postcard sent to me by McDonnell Douglas' PR department of that pariticular A-4M scheme and HM got it quite right as far as the right shade of blue.

We're all nuts! Addicts! I'm trying to back off again! Mrs. Van is being very sarcastic about my buying habits. Her suspicions aroused by the numerous post office collection slips found in our letter box! Last week I picked up my Corgi Barkhorn, last in the post for five and months as well as a No.5 Sqn. EE Lightning. Today I picked up two 21st Century warbirds from Harry. Tomorrow I collect my first GMP Mustang. I won two Corgi planes, Tuck RS-T Spitfire and Tropical Stuka on Ebay last night! I just can't stop!

Right there with ya, ZS-VAN! There’s no such thing as kinda pregnant. All it takes is one model, and BAM!!! -- you’re hooked. So if it makes you feel any better, most if not all of us looney characters are hopelessly addicted, too. Ain’t it fun–?!!!
