Hobby Master Latest Planes Are Out

I saw on the flying mule the latest planes in stock from Hobby Master.
1.A-10 peanut warthog 917th TFW...HM-HA1303
2.A-4M The last SkyHawk ..HM-HA1401
3.F2A Buffalo ...HM-HA7001
4.F6F Hellcat Vraciu....HM-HA1104

They looked pretty cool too...The A-10 tail area was corrected on this bird too...

Re: Hobby Master Latest Planes Are Out

Just took a look myself there JP. Hey, does the Vraciue come with bombs or that pilot figure? Or, both?

Looks great to me but I have a Red Shirley FM one and the Dragon McCampbell...also the MB Vraciu

Do I need another? Sure looks nice. Just a nudge, that's all I need fellas...........but I might grab ya on the way down.

Re: Hobby Master Latest Planes Are Out

I seriously considered buying that peanut warthog, but the camo scheme was a one-off. Not that that’s bad; I just prefer schemes that saw action.

Now watch – I’ll probably buy it anyway. Where’s my phone?

Hawk's site also has future releases:

We got our CF-104 but I was hoping for a different scheme that the Tiger Meet. I hope the Czech MiG-21 is a more operational looking bird - I really don't care for "specials" and "one offs".

I gotta say I fully agree with you there, Gorty! But, that peanut warthog sure looks mighty attractive though.

Re: Hobby Master Latest Planes Are Out

Heres the deal for me, I hated the looks of that Skyhawk, but now it has grown on me and it has some Historical significance, so I ordered that one yesterday, then I started Eyeballing the Peanut A10. decided I would save some money by ordering it and of course getting combined shiping, so theres 2 new models, passed on the HellCat, then started checking out the Buffalo which I was going to skip due to the different scale,. but man it looks way too good to skip and for $29.99, geez, its too good of a deal , ordered both Buffaloes, so there you have it a 4 plane order all at great prices and I saved a ton on shipping .

That said, I now wished I had ordered the HellCat too.

By the way, seems like 29.99 for the Buffaloes is a deal and my Skyhawk was $31.99 and the Peanut was $34.98, has anyone done better on prices?
plus it was $11.95 for all 4 for shipping.

I am pretty jazzed about getting these planes I was going to pass on.

Re: Hobby Master Latest Planes Are Out

The peanut hog is amazing! There is also a grey camo scheme that is even better. I hope HM does one of those. Does anyone else feel like the pannel lines on the grey hog are a little to dark?

Re: Hobby Master Latest Planes Are Out

I think most of us feel like they are too dark but it's not stopping some of th real jet heads from pulling the trigger anyway.
I'll wait for the Corgi I think or maybe if Hm starts using the lighter wash we've been yapping aboot......
