Any news on the A-4 Argentina Air-Force?

I read on Hawk's page that the model will be released on late June and subject to change...

HA1405
McDonnell A-4B
(U.S. designation) A-4P
Argentinean Air Force
Falkland Islands War
late June release
information subject to
possible change

does "change" mean pushing it forward or earlier? Any news there? Corgi is going to release this Falklands Harrier set and I think I want to get that and the Skyhawk!

Judging purely from past experience, "subject to change" means any or all details may change, including part number, aircraft type, paint scheme, and/or release date.

I also had planned this all along. I definitely want that Argentinean Skyhawk release in time to complete my "Falklands Conflict" dio.

Re: A-4B FFA *Argentina Air Force

If "subject to change" ever means "earlier release," that would be a first in the aircraft diecast model world (or am I wrong?). Not trying to play the pessimist, BUT...

Anyway, I'm really anxious to get a look at that Argentinian A-4, just as you guys.

Re: A-4B FFA *Argentina Air Force

Hobby Master, at least at the moment, is the most exciting manufacturer in diecast airplanes. They are clearly listening to us and doing all they can to respond. (Plus, they offer pretty damn nice diecast at a decent price.)

The Argentinian A-4 will be a welcome addition. Now, where can I track down a Corgi Falklands Harrier at a decent price?

Anything for a weird life.

I think I saw one on Jumblies e-bay site. Check it out, they've had some scarce stuff recently.

ZS-Van,
Hey there.

Thanks for the heads up. I presume Jumblies is an Ebay store? (Sorry, I don't cruise Ebay much.)

Guess anxious is the word to describe my condition! I was probably being too optimistic, but honestly, I believe the first Argentina 1/72 diecast plane conmemorating the "Malvinas" conflict would sell like hot cakes, whoever makes them.

ZS-Van,
Hey there.

Thanks for the heads up. I presume Jumblies is an Ebay store? (Sorry, I don't cruise Ebay much.)

You should I have come up with some neat stuff on there and at very good prices and very fair shipping.

Not too long ago I got Corgi Bombers B-17 and B-24 both for under $100.00 shipped, a deal in my book.

I also got some older matchbox 1/72 for a fair price as well a few months before that.

Just recently I got the G Bush Predators Avenger for $30.00,

Overall if you know what your doing Ebay is a great way to shop for planes and also a great way to get rid off stuff you dont want.

I have been selling off Watchs I collected over the years to make more money for planes. Sometimes they get bid up and other times they do not.

Overall I like Ebay.
