exactly...they're bitting HM's tail with Really George and from pictures so far, seems quite competitive.
The ROCAF (Taiwan) MiG killer did have two cards, one with some historical background (in Chinese) of the model represented and another mystery card of some vulcan gun with a serial number, supposed to be the serial no of the model you purchased (XXXX of 1200). I am happy with it. I had to have it, despite the hiked price.

mine does not say Diecast International exclusive but it is the HA 1030 Dutch F-104
