They mind boggles how they get this stuff wrong! Could it be reversing negatives or something?

There is evidence to support that photos were sometimes develop as reverse negatives. I've seen a lot of it, myself.

Maple while that is correct for 2X, and Corgi did the noseart right, the put it on the wrong side. It should only be on the starboard side. The below pic is I believe from the 3X.

I have seen that picture before and i may be wrong but that looks like it was re-touched the name is too bright in the darker areas.
But again it could be chalk too..
Who knows......All i know is i can't find many pictures of that Avenger.

I'd say otherwise considering the time period. The upkeep of ones grounds was a 80s thing , the 60s were well known for shrubbery.

Here are a few pics of the current Avenger flying same (similar to Bush's) colors.. I guess you can judge for yourself on the colors..

Yes but then the writing would be a mirror image and unreadable.

Looks pretty similar to the Corgi photo's I've seen to me
