| Midway Dauntless I've seen a few pictures of the SBD with dive breaks open. How is this accomplished without destroying them? They appear to be quite fragile and I wasn't thinking of battle damaging the model. Thanks | ||||||||||||||

Like hworth18 said they are sold with the brakes in this position. Hobby Master wanted to have this model displayed with the dive brakes open and the only way to accomplish this was to have them permanently open. The dive brakes are too thin to make them movable. | |||||||||||||||

| Re: Midway Dauntless I bought the Operation Torch SBD and i love the looks of the airbrakes being opened. Only problem was my Dad liked it too and off goes my Dauntless.. ....JP | ||||||||||||||
