Select your most wanted WWII warbird that you'd like to see done by Hobby Master next.

I voted for the Typhoon, but my actual choice is the I-16 they talked about last January.

I voted Typhoon, but it's pretty much a tie with the IL-2 Sturmovik.

A decent P-51D (and better F-4U) is needed in that scale, but I have to go first for the ones not yet available in my favorite scale.

The Hurricane got my vote because it makes a great companion for a 1/48 Spitfire. It also makes sense commercially because of the vast number of schemes that could be created; early twin blade, BoB, nightfighter, Hurribomber, RPs, desert etc. Yes please!

Definitely IL-2 as I'll never consider IXO Jr. to be a reasonable representation of this model. However, I-16 would have been a better choice for the scale.

Sergey

Using your list to select from, I picked Russia's IL-2 but, given a broader range of options, I'd probably opt for a MC-202---which I thought HM was considering---or perhaps a Japanese "Oscar", "Tony" or a "Val".

I voted for the Komet but still want the I-16 they had planned to build.

I should've included the I-16 since a lot of you wanted that...my apologies for leaving it out. Maybe we can have an admin add it on to this poll?

Re: What warbird would you like in 1:48th from HM?

I am really trying to stay out of this scale, having some 1/144, 1/32 and the majority of my collection in 1/72. But if they made a 1/48 Tempest I believe I would be adding a 4th scale to the collection.

Simple Corsair, yeah I know it's been done a million times, but out of those million nobody has done a really good one yet, in any scale.
