Re: Hawkonevoodoo, help !

I think the I 17 is a curious plane, I would buy it. Although I 'm not sure about the 1/48 scale. I'm pretty exclusively a 1/72 collector.
I 15 is the bi plane version of the I16 right?
I'd like to see an I 15

I-15 was an earlier design from which I-16 was developed, but I wouldn't call either one of those as the version of each other. It should also be noted that most people associate I-153 "seagull" with I-15, but in reality I-153 was a whole different beast as well.

Sergey

Yep, that's I-153 for you. Seagull upper wings and retractable landing gear are dead giveaways. By the way, the "3" in I-153 denotes the third version of I-15.

Sergey

We can all relax, it was a matter of a slipped digit. It should read I-16 not 17 that they will consider making.

OUTSTANDING!!

Although I am not sure I am comfortable with "consider making." Anyway, now we need to get them to "consider replacing" one of the Maachi fighters with a Japanese fighter (or a Do 335 ).

Please HM, don't "consider making" the Spitfire; just make it! And give it TLC; make it the best release of 2007.

I just finished talking to Hobby Master and they will only be making the 205 sometime this year. In place of the 202 is still under study, I should know soon.

The Spit will be done and one will have the bubble canopy but no definite date for the first release or which version will be first. Good news is they are coming.

Thanks Louie good choice but I already suggested the Nakajima Ki-84 Hayate / Frank for 1/48. They needed something right now besides I think the Frank is a good plane to make. Absolutely no Zero's, enough already. Not trying to offend anyone, the Zero is nice but several already made.

How about Frank -- Ki-84 Hayate?
