Dutch 104? Have I been sleeping....?

Heard from Modelplaza that HM brings out a Dutch F-104

What is this little tidbit Hawkone? Found on the Uk site. Did I miss it? Pics available yet? Just Checked your site and can't figure out which one it is?

I've heard it as well (and posted it on this site).
According to modelplaza it will only be available in the Netherlands....but if you want one, ordering it won't be a problem. Modelplaza is the same company as diecast-international.com...and they sell world wide.

Yes there will be an exclusive F-104 for the Netherlands and there will also be an exclusive F-104 for a Taiwanese customer.

Hawkone have you heard of a release date for the Dutch 104's or when we could pre-order them from modelplaza or else were.

Re: Dutch 104? Have I been sleeping....?

Unfortunately I don't have news about the release date (my best guess is the first half of 2007).
At the moment hobbymaster is appearing in more and more dutch shops. Two shops I know have online stores, diecast-international.com and aviationmegastore.com. Neither of them offer the possibility of pre-ordering one online, but aviationmegastore.com usually puts new planes on their site before they arrive (the dutch F-104 isn't on the site yet) and you can ask to be notified when the item is in stock. The advantage of this shop is that it has as far as I know the lowest international shipping costs.

I'm just taking an educated guess but I would think it will be within the first quarter and it is a Model Plaza exclusive so that is why nobody else advertises it. I suspect the MP isn't taking any pre-oders until they have a firm delivery date.

I've heard about this one and a Taiwanese version. My diecast pusher is working on getting me a copy of each.

Will you be able to give some hint to who will have this one and when they come out?
