Re: What AFV Do You Want Next From Hobby Master?

- CHIEFTAIN in British Berlin squadron scheme
- M47 in Jordanian scheme
- M48 in US Vietnam scheme
- M62 in Israeli scheme
- T-62 in Syrian scheme
- T-72 in Iraqi scheme
- IS-3 in Egyptian scheme
- ETC.

I second the vote on the Chieftain. And how about some cold war M-60s for me, too?

Even I, a confirmed optimist, would be surprised if HM went WWII Italian on AFVs. However, a Matilda II would be nice and might sell fairly well.

How about the Valentine and Crusader too? (Then you need some Italian tanks for them to go up against.)

Actually, the Aussies used can openers to deal with some of the Italian tanks, then captured a lot of these Tin Lizzies and used them as infantry support vehicles against their former owners.

I agree with Cruver Collector now - my mouth waters at the prospect of a HM Matilda II, Valentine or Crusader

It may be small, but how about a Universal Carrier (Bren Gun Carrier)?

Re: What AFV Do You Want Next From Hobby Master?

Regarding WW2, many highly significant vehicles are yet to be released in 1/72:

- Germany -- Pz II, Pz III, Pz IV, Pz 38(t), Hetzer, Marder, SdKfz 250, SdKfz 11, Opel Blitz, Kübelwagen, Puma, SdKfz 222...
- Japan -- any would be welcomed
- Italy -- any would be welcomed
- USA -- Lee, Stuart, Hellcat, Chaffee, Half-track, Greyhound, White scout car, M12 gun motor carriage, Willys Jeep, Dodge trucks, GMC 2.5-ton truck...
- UK -- Matilda, Valentine, Crusader, Churchill, Bedford truck, Comet, Bren carrier, Grant, Humber/Daimler scout car...
- USSR -- T-28, T-26, BT-5 to 7, IS-2, late KV-1, Su-122, ZIS truck, T-35, BA armoured car series, T-70...
- France -- Any would be welcomed

So there's plenty of possibilities to choose from, and we armour buffs are always willing and able to provide HM intel in terms of blueprints, paint scheme profiles, etc., from our books and mags, aren't we?

Scout cars from any Army of WWII would be welcomed.

A few of those you listed are available in 1:72: Stuart (corgi), M3 halftrack(Corgi, FOV), Greyhound(Corgi), Churchill(Matchbox, FOV), Grant(FOV), Su-122(FOV), Puma(Altaya)...you can see these and some others inlcuding some Italian etc. at Military Diecast 1/72. Still lots left, though, and the Altaya line still hasn't had an official US release.
